| Herbed Polenta Recipe
Chose to make this polenta for everyone under vegetarian ratatouille for my family Christmas dinner this year, and it was FABULOUS! The fresh herbs made the polenta so vibrant, and also it was launched super creamy (I found themselves adding a number more of cheese, to amp up the salt. We rolled the leftovers proper log to reduce into discs to broil and serve with sausages (soy sausage to do night time after Christmas. Excellent circling.
